Karal Stillburn - The Blacksmith of Gallow
When you talk about Karal’s wares, you can’t help but mention their quality. Whether it’s cleats for your cambra, or maybe a bridle or a harness, Karal knows how to smith with quality and experience. Need a repair on a pot, or maybe a tool just broke, Karal is your smith. After taking over for Leone, Karal has made it a point to be the best smith in the south. At only 17 years of age, they have a bright future ahead of them if they can maintain the workload and the schedule.
Just don’t get too close, they sweat all day in front of the hot forge, and a stiff whiff might knock you out.
Fento - The Fen
Fen were common across Ra for many, many Cycles. They roamed the island in small groups known as skulks. Bothersome and stealthy, they often raided farms and living areas at night for food and supplies. If you saw them nearby, you’d want to lock your doors and keep watch; they’d be plundering soon.
Nowadays, Fen skulks are few and seen only on rare occasions. Rumor has it that the Klenzeer domesticated them and reintroduced them into the general population.
Be wary, there is something off about them now, compared to when they were more innocent and lived off the land.
Sinna - The Helpers
Common all over Ra, Sinna are known for their terrific stamina and strength. They can always be found near Ironweed plants, as that is their primary food source.
Unlike Ones or Fens, Sinna’s have a limited vocabulary range and are slow and dim-witted. They speak the common language, albeit not very well. However, they have enough of an understanding to follow instructions and ask rudimentary questions.
Often found working on farms or in other labor-intensive tasks, they earn income to maintain a roof over their heads and to stay well-fed and dry. When mating season arrives, they leave to rut among themselves and usually return in the spring.
Klenzeer - The Hand of the Overseers
Known for their tendency toward violence, Klenzeer police the Laws of the Overseers with ruthless efficiency.
Whether a minor or a major violation of the Laws, it is imperative that you only call for a Klenzeer when no other solutions are left. They will find any violations and use unrestricted force against the offenders.
They hail from the Central Gardens, where the Laws are created, and no prisoners ever escape. It is rumored to be the home of the Overseers and harbors many more mysterious secrets.
Klenzeer are ranked from level F to B, with the highest rank achievable being the Alpha status. Alphas comprise the Council of Wisdom and do not stray from the Central Gardens. Pray that you never meet one.
